55vmw's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

55vmw reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Upon termination for cause, 55vmw reserves the right to withhold any balance in the player's account pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonuses) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting 55vmw support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to the player's registered payment method after verification.
